Company Overview.

Founded by Isaac Wandile Menzi Mathe in 2004; ColdPoint Aircon Services cc installs, services, sells, maintains and repairs air conditioning systems in the residential (domestic), commercial and light industrial markets. Isaac obtained his formal qualification in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration at Cato Manor College. He then worked for various companies as a technician thereby gaining adequate practical experience. ColdPoint Aircon Services cc is a 100% BEE Close Corporation that fully represents individuals from previously disadvantaged communities. The company boast a staff compliment of qualified and experienced technicians, competence labors, and hires carefully selected casual workers as and when required. ColdPoint services the eThekwini Municipality and all it surrounding municipalities and is gradually expanding throughout Kwa-Zulu Natal.


There are currently no shareholders; however, ColdPoint Aircon Services reserves the right to open the door for interested investors. We are committed to 100% on-time delivery and quality workmanship at a competitive price. Although competitors exist, they have difficulty matching the total value of what we have to offer. ColdPoint Aircon Services intends to remain best in all markets it currently serves; seeking growth mainly through increase in the commercial service agreements and in residential replacement sales. By being responsive to customer needs, ColdPoint Aircon Services has established a sound reputation for high quality, reliable products.   • Isaac Menzi MatheDirector

    Isaac brings more than 15 years of experience in Air conditioning and Refrigeration. He is the founder of the organisation. In his role as Director, Isaac established the vision for ColdPoint and took the leads in investor and partner relations, policy and overall operations. He is proficient in relationship building with new suppliers and other market leaders. An empathic leader with extensive experience in challenging business environments.

  • Khosi MatheExecutive Manager

    Khosi has worked alongside Isaac for the over a decade. She is responsible for the successful management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the company Members. Her professional contribution include drafting of Human Resource and Quality Management policies and preparation of procedures to implement the organizational policies; review existing policies on an annual basis and recommend changes to the Members as appropriate. Over the years Khosi has been identifying, assessing, and informing Members of internal and external issues that affect the organization. In essence, she oversees the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects; ensures that sound bookkeeping and accounting procedures are followed; administers the funds of the organization according to the approved budget and monitor the monthly cash flow of the organization and promotes the overall effectiveness of ColdPoint.

    Khosi holds a BCom Hons Degree (HRM) from the University of Kwazulu Natal and a BCom Degree (HRM) from the University of South African. She has attended various HVAC and Refrigeration courses and workshops for which she holds numerous certifications. She is also a Board Member of Mzansi Arts Development Ensemble (MADE); a non-profit organisation that promotes Arts as a source of personal fulfilment and carves a potential career path for its students as professional dancers, theatre practitioners, choreographers and musicians.
